Riding out the storm

So I am staying home. Its just a bit windy right now. Hurricane gustav has gone down to a category 3. My daughter is with my mom at the hospital where she works and I am staying with my animals. I'm prepapered though.Just very bored.

I live in Opelousas,la. Like 25 minutes from Lafayette. I'm not really worried. We are getting lots of rain and wind right now but nothing too bad. I'm just bored because I am home alone. I might take this opportunity to get some new pics of maggie. lol

Hopefully you get to keep your power! I think they just said that 200,000 people are experiencing power outages right now. So far it doesn't look like it's done too much damage.
