Roach feeding frequency?

How often do those of you who are feeding roaches feed your geckos? I have been feeding off one adult male roach every 3-4 days and my (adult) gecko's weight has gone up a little (he refused his mealworms for a while and is fairly skinny), but not substantially. How often do you generally feed your geckos?

This is a good question, one I have wanted to ask also.

My geckos can eat like 5-10 crickets and mealworms. However they only eat 2 superworms at a time and then some mealworms. So I would stand to assume about 1 or 2 adult roaches. As for juv or baby roaches I am not sure and would love to hear what others do who have been feeding roaches for a while.

I just asked a friend of mine and he feeds his gecko baby/small roaches about 5 every other day or so, not sure if that helps

if you or anyone needs roaches let me know

My daughter's gecko eats about 3 to 4 juvi roaches every other day, mealworms every day and my gecko eats 1 juvi roach a day with 3 superworms and mealworms are offered every day.

I feed adult geckos 3X a week, babies and juvies daily. This is regardless of what I am feeding at the time. Generally the roach feeding schedule is this:

Adult geckos: 6-7 adult lateralis roaches per feeding OR one adult dubia male per feeding OR 8-10 medium lateralis nymphs per feeding.

Juveniles/babies: 4-6 small roach nymphs daily. regardless of species.

I alternate with super or meal worms.
