Jesse went to school with my cousin, came to her graduation party and was real down to earth. I need to start watching that show, I've heard good things about it...

I watched the first episode and the judges TOTALLY annoyed me (how can one person give a 10 and the other a 5 - obviously NOT hearing the same songs as me ) I feel for Olivia Newton-John's daughter and her struggle with anorexia, but I do not like her voice. I liked the "Doobie Brothers" daughter - she's so cute and seems like she was raised in a more "normal" home than the others.

I just think that if they had real talent they'd be out there performing already...

Ben Taylor is out there with a huge following, as are his siblings to a degree.... I mean I've seen Ben in concert a dozen times already and every show appears to be a sell out.

I too saw the first one. That Walsh girl (forget her first name) is VERY talented! She rightfully got the high score last week.

i think they need to spend their time recording their own music to get themselves noticed.

I think that the one judge is judging appearance and style, which could be the point difference.

The Walsh girl and Jesse Snyder will be in it for a while, but MC Hammers daughter has a great voice as well. The Doobie Brothers daughter is cute and sings pretty decent as well. I can't tolerate Olivia Newton Johns daughter, the Bobby Brown kid or The Lil' B. Sure..... they should get booted promptly.
