This morning I lost Rocky my patternless stripe male. He was my friend. He will be so missed in our home. Part of me is dead not having him around any more. He was the gecko I would use when some one new to the hobby wanted to hold one. Rocky never squirmed, it looked like he enjoyed being held. And his offspring inherited that quality. He will always live on in or hearts, we love you ROCKY!

Eric, I am heartbroken for you. I know how much you truly love our geckos, and how Rocky was so very special to you. I know how grief can be such a lonley place to be, and I'm glad you could share your loss with all of us here on GF. I am so sorry... and I am always here for you if you need love and support.

Thank you all for the kind words. We have a great community here, that truly cares for one another and for that I feel blessed. Seeing his tub empty is gut wrenching! I am going to keep one of his three son's and place them where there father was. We've picked out a name for the son ( R.J.) for Rocky junior. Thank you again.

My heart breaks for you Eric. The loss of a friend is so very hard. I know how much you care for each and every one of your geckos. I really hope you get some answers, but I'm so glad you have a little "R.J" around to help you through
