ROSCOE ~ my best buddy

I lost my dog today and it really hurts. Roscoe never got a fair shake at life, but he never complained. He was born with epilepsy and had it throughout his 9 short years on earth. It was very severe, but with medication, it was kept fairly under control. Roscoe slipped away from us today but will never be forgotten. He was a good boy and will be missed by everyone who ever met him. No more pain Roscoe, no more pain.

He was beautiful! Black Lab? I got a white one and a brown one. Can't imagine losing them one day, either. Will you get another one, maybe from a shelter? I know it can't replace the old one, but it's always a good feeling to give a shelter animal a second chance at life. :main_yes:

Yeah, Roscoe was a black lab. It's been 2 days and I miss him more and more. Thank you for the kind words everyone. I just hope he's seizure free wherever he is because he forgot to take his dang medicine with him!

Chris, I'm so very sorry about the loss of Roscoe. Our animals are part of the family, and nothing can fill the huge empty place in our hearts and lives without them. Roscoe will have plenty of playmates over the Rainbow Bridge... my dogs, Rowdy, Toby, Dandy, and Max. ((HUGS))
