Rough start......

Well this season started a little late for me as i was moving my collection around and they were w/o heat being cooled while i made them a new rack and it took a little longer to get the heat tape than expected....well with that said i came home yesterday and while i was at work i had 3 females lays sounds good right?...... well the first layed her eggs on top uncovered they were htct het blizzard and were no good by the time i got home.... the second female htch X patternless layed them where they were supposed to be but they have dried out a bit and are dented still working on saving them.....the third is my first ever raptor,RRS X tremper albino jungle so they would have been raptor hets layed them in her water bowl and by the time i found them they were huge and so soft i took them and am still working on them but i dont think they will make it and this is how my breeding season started hope your season is getting off on a better foot..... gonna have to come up with a better plan for egg recovery this sucked i really hope they make it......

That is rough, mine 2 leos won't even "do their thing" so that is bothering me but i gotta be patient like everyone says

After a *very* slow start compared to other years, I came home today to find that 2 of mine had laid eggs in the right place, just about doubling my egg total. It's hard to be patient but hang in there and it should get better.
