Hi.
I noticed today that my gecko had runny white poop(the color is from the phoenix worms i guess?).
I want to take him to the vet with a fecal sample, but i never did that so how do you provide a fecal sample with runny poop?
And what do you think this could be,he seems fine and moves around/eats like before?

THX for the help

And you say he was eating phoenix worms?
When I fed those to my leos, my female chased them down with alot of water. I had never seen a leo drink so much water!!
The next day, we had runny poop. But she straightened out the day after and the poop was normal.
I never tried feeding these to my leos again, and I fed the worms to the wild birds.
Maybe this is what happened in your case!?

If you take a sample to the vet, you can take the piece of paper towel (that he pooped on) with the poop on and they can get their sample from that.

Is he eating normal? All the temps check okay?

Sounds like something just gave him diarrhea.
If it doesn't go away in a few days, he may have a parasite, but if he is eating okay, I don't know.
Mine have had this prob and it always went away by itself.

Quit feeding the phoenix worms, and go to crix or mealies.
Sometimes (like people) just changing diet can upset them.

If it continues for more than a few days, you will need to find a herp vet :(

If he is acting normal otherwise, I'm sure it's not serious.
