What do you feed them? Also, how often do you feed Waxies?

They get a lot of different type of foods. At all times they have a small bowl of meal worms that I keep in their cage and change out about every week or so. Every other day i will drop four super worms into the bowl. Once every other week i put four wax worms in the bowl which ends up gone by the next day. Every other day i drop in about 16 crickets which they eat up within that day. Then about every two days I give them dubia roaches. All my crickets and dubias are gut loaded. My crickets are gut loaded with a mix of fresh fruits or veggies and Flucker's Cricket diet. The worms in the bowl are mixed with calic all the time so they have that in their tank when they need it. Anytime I feed cricket or dubias I dust with cali with d3. Twice a week I dust with Herptivite and once a week I dust with Reptivite. Once they both hit 50gs I will switch to feeding them cricket/dubias about every three days. So at least three times a week while still offering meal/super worms all the time. If I see them getting over weight I'll cut back the meal works to every other day or every two days.

reptivite?
i give Zullu 5-10 mealies every 2-3 days. He wont eat crickets OR mealies from the bowl, so i have to hand feed him.
He also hates the food with his calcium dust and Herptivite, so i have to take a lil spoon and drop a bit onto his tongue, then he'll spit out most of it.
He doesnt like to swallow unless in his hot hide....he will just hold it in his mouth until i place him back, then crawl into the hot hide and swallow:main_huh:
Dexy, my girl, eats like a beast and will eat anything, perfectly gut loaded. Her poops are much healthier than Zullu's, and she drinks more often. Only problem is she escaped in all her energy......:main_huh:
They get Herptivite once a week(should i do it more?) and calcium every other week.
Rep-Cal makes the Herptivite
i use zoo med calcium
the mealies and the crickets eat fruits and Quaker Oats, which dissapear within seconds.
i need to get some waxies for Zullu, because he is very petite and thin...trying to get him to eat more

Reptivite is kinda like Herptivite in a way just a little different. I would say offer them more calci and herptivite. But if your gecko doesn't like dusted then you can easily just mix the calci and Herp in the cricket's food. That way when the crickets eat they are gut loaded with the Calci and the Herpti that they need. That way you wont have to dust. I offer my geckos Calci all the time and herpti some of the time. One of the biggest issues with leos I find is MBD. I make sure to have a nice variety of foods and vitamins to keep them healthy and never growing bored of their foods. It's also why i gut load my crickets with different veggies and fruits so it's always tasting different to them. You always want to offer your crickets something that is juicy as well. they can use that to drink and eat one. Apples and oranges are really good to use seeing as they last pretty long.

MBD is from not enough Calci or D3 in their diet. Your next best thing would be getting Dubia roaches. They are easier to keep, they don't smell, they wont get out of their cage, and they are much healthier for Leopard geckos than crickets. Also they live longer. They live for about two years.
