Depending on Jeremy Letkeys describtion of the RRS you would get Rainwater Albinos with, with less, with no Red stripe.
So you can get RW, B quality RRS and A quality RRS but I guess no A+ ones.
The Red stripe gen seems to be linebreed.

So you could compare it with breeding a Tremper Albino(RW Albino) to a Sunglow(RRS).

What aboute if the RW also are a RW Red Stripe?

It will depend greatly on the quality of each animal. The color and striping are both line bred traits. So the better the quality you can start with the better the offspring will be.
