So I had 2 eggs hatch on me. Well the first baby that came out is extremly premature. 2 Grams. The other egg i actually saw break open and was moving around alot inside the egg i watched for alittle bit but i fell asleep it was late. Woke up the egg never hatched and the baby died inside the shell. Incubated them at 82-83 degrees in an incubater. I think i may have opend up the box to many times or something. Would the moisture cause something like this?

Unfortunately all babies aren't strong enough to survive. By premature, do you mean baby size or incubation days? They're tiny little squeekers fresh out of the egg. If this is the within first clutches from a first year breeder, it's not uncommon at all for the babies to have some issues. It gets better tho :) Oh, and opening the container too much isn't recommended.

As the poster above implied, 2 grams isn't necessarily premature. My current 90 gram female hatched at 2 grams.
