safe breeder?

i live in dryden ontario and i'm going to thunder bay i found this reptile breeder

i looking for a corn snake i tried calling him but got his messaging machine.
thier is also pet Smart i contacted and said they have 2 corns should i try the breeder or stick with the pet store?

If I were you, I would find a good, reputable breeder in Canada... I am sure there is no shortage of corn breeders close to you...
