San Jose reptile expo

I'm sooooo excited!!! My first expo!!!! I'm not buying anything till than and have a list started. Cant wait to meet all the breeders in the area!!!

So this is my list and I wanna see what everyone else gets at these events.

-Gut Feed
-two females (blizzard and a "tang")
-hides (the magnet one and the little corner stairs thing)
-rheostat
-books
-repti carpet for my quarentine/ feeding cages
-that fake rock wall thing

i found better a better deal on my thermostat online than at the show i went to actually, but i would imagine that the san jose show is a bit larger than the one i went to.

here's what i bought at the Mid-Atlantic Reptile Show in Baltimore last month:

used 20 gallon long aquarium with stand and screen cover: $12.50
zoo-med 10-20 gallon UTH: $10
zoo-med reptivite: $4.99
zoo-med digital thermometer: $free
medium mealworms: $1
and of course: Leo, my SHTCTB male: $30 from JMGreptile

the reptile rescue center that runs the show had their used tanks on sale for 50 cents a gallon plus $5 for the stand. i guess they mistakenly thought the one they sold me was a 15 gallon instead of a 20 (which i didn't realize until i brought it home either).
i got the UTH direct from the zoo-med guy and when i went back to see about getting a thermometer he gave me one for free. they also had leopard gecko care booklets they were giving out for free (even though they're kind of a sneaky zoo-med ad they have a good amount of info too)
i thought i made out pretty well in the financial department, personally.

I really hope someone has a Blazing Blizzard female and a SHTCTB female too. Ohhhhhhh I cant wait!!!! But Im looking at alot of what people have available on websites and.... it looks like, to my untrained eye, that its near the begining of the breeding season so alot of the available loes are takin though.

LOL! I just edited my post and put the "v" before the "ending". Although, doing another show may just be the end of me!

Also, you don't have to worry about estrogen in my case. I don't have any left.
