Say I wanted...

A whitish gecko with LARGE dark spots. Most everything I see break the patterns into specks(enigma) or dots(snows). Any ideas? Line breed bolds?

Line breed would be the way to go. I have had some babies hatch out that developed larger, blobby spots, so if you find mature geckos that have that characteristic you could try breeding for it and then keep the blobbiest babies and go from there.
