If you would like to participate in Secret Santa this year please read ALL of the below and respond to either myself or Christina depending on the amount you want to spend. By sending us the application you are agreeing to all rules stated below. Have fun and hopefully this year will go well for everyone!
Age Limit: we are going to limit this year to 18 and over.
Requirements for $75.00 or less:
Must be a member on or before 01 AUG 2011 and have at least 25 posts. Flash posting "nice gecko" 20 times in one day does not count, we can tell.
Send your application to: Desdemona
Requirements for $100 - $200:
Must be a member since 15 SEP 2010 and have at least 300 posts (same rule applies as above).

DISCLAIMER:
Secret Santa should be about fun not greed. If everyone does their best to be a good Santa then the fun should not be a problem. The more details on your want, the more likely you will get what you want... but hey.. knowing your gift is not always fun!
Also, while we will take as many measures as possible to ensure everyone gets a gift this is a imperfect world and we are dealing with people who are just names on the internet. So, you are playing at your own risk. If you do not receive a gift PLEASE let the managers of Secret Santa, sunshinegeckos and/or Desdemona know so that we can take what actions we can.
Anyone who does not purchase a gift is banned FOR LIFE from future Secret Santas. Your name and information will be kept. If you can't afford it or think you might not be able too then don't play and make sure you stay within your means! Don't send a 20 dollar gecko when you claimed you could send a 200 dollar gecko.
IMPORTANT: Keep your receipts so that if the person you are suppose to send to claims they have not received you can show that you did send them a gift. Then the problem might be on the carrier. Shipping receipt is a must and you can always add a signature if you don't know the person and want some added "security." We will only ask to see if there is a claim of not having received the gift.
If you request a pet make sure you can provide the housing it needs before you get it. For those who want to send a animal, tell us ASAP so we can give the other person a heads up so they can prepare in case they don't already have needed items sitting around their house. We don't want any animals to have a bad experience with SS either!
