Secure Heat Tape

Ok did a search and did not rally find what i was looking for. I got my 3" eat tape in, got my connectors and even ordered the plastic connector covers. But what is the best way to secure the 10 feet of heat tape? with the heat rope i covered it with the metal tape and that was great.

Just use the same aluminium tape to cover the edge of the heat tape. Don't cover it all up or otherwise you'll trap all of the heat.
