Right what I want to no is can I sell baby Leo's that weigh less than 15g ther all eating and pooing like they should be but some probably weigh around 7-14g I'm not wanting for people to use currier. So want is you opinion on this.
I generally wait till the juvie is 15 grams but I sell somewhat smaller if they are eating and growing well, if someone I know who is experienced wants one or if I bring it to a show because it's the only one of its type that I have. I would not ship a smaller gecko, though.
You can sell a baby at any size. It's just a matter of the quality you want to send others and how prepared you want the baby to be for the stress of a move. They generally handle stress better once they've built up a bit of a fat reserve in their tail and most breeders feel around 15g is sufficient.
I always felt comfortable selling my hatchlings at 20 grams. Though I have purchased several babies that were 15 grams and they all acclimated just fine
