Bio-spria
Or
Stress Zyme

I use the bio-spira (both the marine and fresh water strains), the strain of bacteria they culture is application specific whereas the stress zyme isnt and can be unstable.

I'd have to agree, BIO-Spria works better. You might also find something called "cycle" I think that this is the worse stuff, out of the three. JMO

Also just a side note and feel free to correct me... but don't fish grow with the size of their tank? My cousin is an avid fish keeper and has fish that are "supposed" to outgrow certain sized tanks. He has had these fish for several years and they have a proper balanced diet, frequent water changes, etc etc. The fish seem to stop growing at a certain point though. I know that his clown loaches have been the same size (about 3 inches or so) for as long as I can remember in his 29 gal and are healthy as can be, and I have personally seen clown loaches over 10 inches long. So I don't really follow the inch per gallon rule either, I just avoid most fishes that avg size is too big for a certain tank. I know mollies can get to be about 6 inches but I personally have never seen one that big. Now would it be a good idea to keep them in a tank larger then 10 gals? Yes it certainly would, the more space the better, that goes for almost any fish. But I can't imagine it would be a serious crime to keep 3 mollies in a 10 gal for their life. But just my two cents, I hope I haven't irked anyone :(.
