Female. In adult males the pores are very pronounced and usually have a degree of waxy discharge. Also, I have heard (and it hold true for the two dozen or so tokays I own/have owned) that in males the "V" of pores extends down the thighs, as opposed to in females where it is usually much shorter. I can't say for sure that always works, but so far it's proven correct in my experience, even in month old babies. With that animal's size though I'm 100% sure thats a female.
