from what i can see, id say male... but need a more in focus pic really...

I would say male. Looks like I can see bulges and the line where the pores should be. On that with the pic you have I would say male. BUT reserve the right to be wrong due to the photo being sooooo blurred!!!!

Ok, finally got him to sit still long enough to get another pic lol. The pores are definitely there (couldn't get a good pic of that angle though...he's bashful)

so, is it normal for both males and females to get a little nippy during breeding season? Both of them (even the female who has never tried to bite) were very nippy/cranky today, I'm wondering if it's a sign they are going to be breeding, or if they are just cranky lol
