Sheading suck at frist shoulder

Hey all so my five month old gecko is sheding and she seems to be having a diffacult time she got her head free and is now stuck on her front shoulders how long should I wait till help her out? or would it be better if I put her in her humid hide All though I kind of worry about accidental eating of her moss (should I not be using moss at 5 months old??) she started sheding in her humid hide but came out

I like to give them a day to work on it. If I notice shedding in the evening, I check them the next morning or evening and if there's still shed, I just peel them.

Great thank you so much my adult never has an issue sheding AND ACCTULY this is the first time I have seen them shed

yeah check her this morning SHE TRAASHED her tank trying to get it off LOL her hide was all moved around it was pretty funny did her post shed inspection and it dosent look like she had any issues
