Shedding problem!

So, poor little Zeus shed this week but some just never was able to get off his face/nose area. I checked his temps and they are still decent, 87-92.. I kept his moist hide moist! I'm not sure why he is having problems.
But, the problems there. How do I fix it? I've been giving h baths ad spraying him with that shedding aid but it's been 4 days now and it is still stuck? It looks almost glued to his face and a cotton pad wasn't working.

I have had this happen sometimes. In my case it usually happens when the gecko is stressed or ill. I'm NOTsaying that your gecko is stressed or ill. Sometimes I just leave the shed on when it's glued that tightly and wait for the next shed. As long as it isn't on the feet or tail where it can constrict, it should be OK and will probably loosen up later or with the next shed.

My male does that some. It happens on his nose. It usually comes of the next shed. He also will not use a moist hide so I'll watch him and when i know he's gonna shed I'll mist his tank....that helps also

What about vitamins? Are you feeding with any supplements? Sometimes I feel like this may be a cause of incomplete shed - that and of course humidity. But it sounds like you've got humidity covered

Even with a moist hide, my Ziva never sheds complete so last time I noticed she was shedding I misted and it helped.

I have the same problem. I think Josh is right, Supplementing may be the answer. Some of my gecko's take off there shed with out a trace though!
