Dora sheds every two weeks or so. She refuses to use a moist hut, instead trucking through her water then rubbing herself all over her repticarpet and hut. If need be I'll wet my finger and dampen parts that seem to be resistant to come off. Usually her head is last.
Well my other half was home and decided to help her, he's never even seen her shed before. He helped pull of the loose skin on her head but now there is a patch at her nose that wont come off. I've tried making it damp, offering up the moist hut again. It doesn't cover her nose holes and it doesn't prevent her from opening her mouth. She's been eating fine.
Should I just leave it? Will it effect the skin underneath the patch? Is there a way that I should take it off? Thanks!
