Shipping Feeders

How do you guys ship feeders? What service do you use and what method within that service? Where do you get your supplies? The reason I am asking is because I have way too much meal worms and would like to get rid of some.

I use either FedEx Priority OVernight, FedEx 2-day, USPS Express, or USPS 2-3 Priority shipping. Mealworms just simply go into a cloth bag with newspaper. THen just put that into a approriatly sized box. I like to make 2" holes in the 4 sides of the box for more ventilation.
