Shipping question...please help!!!

I have someone interested in getting a gecko from us. WE ususlly ship UPS overnight but where he lives that is not an option.What we are doing however, is sending it overnight to the customer center and they will pick it up there. Here's the question. Normally I would give someone the shipping terms that as long as someone is there to ding for it we guarantee that it's alive. Would you offer those same shipping terms even though its not being shipped to their house? I think it will be fine but we have just never shipped that way before and it makes me a little nervous

I have shipped many geckos "hold for pick up" at a location, as well as having them held for me. I've not encountered problems doing it this way. I still require direct signature confirmation, which I consider to be fulfilling of my terms (which sound similar to yours.) Good luck. :main_thumbsup:
