SICK LEOPARD GECKO

hi all ,
i recently noticed my gecko sitting out in the corner of the cage, not really moving around all day. i also noticed he hasnt been eating much. when i took him out to look at him i noticed that he had one eye shut and it kept twitching in. what do you think this is, what shoudl i do?

I hate to say it but I think you should take your gecko to the vet. You should also check with info here to make sure that your setup is appropriate.
