Signs of stress?

I just recently changed my reptile room around and put one of my males with one of my females. I can see where he has nipped her but he hasn't broke any skin. I fed them today and she ate more than she usually does. Usually she will only eat one roach every few days but she ate two big roaches today and had one just yesterday. Was wondering how I can tell when she has had enough or is stressed out. This is my first time intentionally breeding and after alot of soul searching and preparation I have decided to take the plunge. I just want it to go smoothly. In all my research they say that the nipping is normal and at times it can be somewhat violent and to separate them if she shows stress or open sores. Any info about how far to let it go would help. The nips bother me even though they are not open sores. Thanks ahead of time.

I think your female is doing fine since she's eating. Just keep an eye on them and make sure the male gives her enough space. The nipping is almost always going to happen but like you said, just watch out for sores.

Good luck!
