I have dirty eggs because I have been using a combo of moss and vermiculite. Think 3 are in fertile but im not going to touch any of them any more just going to let nature do its magic. Keeping temp at 82.

Hoping to get my first hatch of season in 2 weeks or so.

when you attach the sponge to the top of the sim, do you have to moisten it first? or do you keep it dry? i'm asking because i have a hova and a sim as well.

The sponge is super moist. You need it to keep humidity in SIM with hovabator. I have re wet the sponge once already.
