I'm no good at I.D'ing morphs so I can't help you there sorry, but it could have been teh carpet. If there was incident where a tooth got snagged or other "trauma" they will remember that and likely be less apt to want to go thru that again. As far as the eating thing, they say a varied diet consisting of a few different feeders is the best way to raise a healthy gecko. Mixing up the diet with crickets, mealies, supers, butterworms, and the other sorts will provide the best balance of nutrition for your leo. Remember to be careful using wax worms, they're addicting and I wouldn't suggest more than a few a month to avoid this and use them in conjunction with another feeder like give him a superworm or 2, then a wax worm mixed in. This way your leo doesn't refuse other feeders for the wax worms. For a thin leo daily feeding is a good idea, feed a reasonable amount. I can't say if 6 is a good amount because I'm not entirely sure how large your leo or the crix are. It sounds reasonable tho if they are the smaller crix and not adult crix. Even my toad wouldn't eat 6 adult crix in a sitting and she was a PIG. Also make sure you have a good steady supplimentation program going on as well to make sure maximum nutrition is being achieved.
