Most people are against it but I'll through it out there anyway....hypnotism. We have a friend who does massage, acupuncture, and hypnotherapy. The power of suggestion works wonders for most people and there are no side effects other than feeling better. If you're a quitter who replaces cigarettes with food it can help kill two birds with one stone. Hypnotists making people cluck like chickens really only happens on tv shows. LOL
I've also had a friend who quit with prescription medicine (I think it was Chantix). She literally quit the week she started taking the medicine and never started back up again.
I smoked for like.....maybe 14 years give or take. Anyway, i quit using nicorite (somhow lol) but started back a few months later. i did try a large group hypnosis class...ummm that didnt work so well for me. lol...I was smoking as i left the building
However i took chantix for 2 weeks and after that 2 weeks i was like..hmm i dont really care to smoke this cigarette...So i told my buddy it was my last...threw the rest of the pack in the trash and havent wanted one since...I of course continued to take the chantix till the months suplly was up..Ive been smokeless for year and a half now and its SO MUCH nicer to not weeze and cough! My lungs do not hurt in the morning..and as far as moral..I know i am that much healthier now than before! Good luck on your endevour!
