I have a sunglow het raptor, and it looks like she has snake eyes with a yellow iris. Does the black in snake eyes disapear if a light is shined on it, like a regular leos? if so she definitely has snake eyes

sounds more like you saw your gecko's eye with the pupil fully dilated, as an eclipse snake eye doesn't disappear when light hits it

ok thats what I expected boy wonder. It seems her eyes are default in the snake eyes position, and even looks like that when shes out in the day with the light on, but it disapears if i shine a light on her.

ill post a pic later today

I think you might be misinterpreting snake eyes, a leos pupil is always vertical.
I'm adding an example of snake eyes, the picture was originally posted by Nigel4less.

Nigel, I hope you don't mind and it's a really nice animal by the way :)

Nope I know what snake eyes meant. She definitely doesnt have them as they dissapear with too much light but it looks like that when shes in normal lighting. I wonder if the flash will ruin the effect. ill snap some shots soon.
