SNAKES IN A TREE

we have a huge dead pecan tree in our back yard tonight while russ was smoking he spotted two snakes (about three feet long) way up in the three like thirty feet up! this is the best photo i can get. not the greatest photo i know but you get the idea. prolly a texas rat but still cool and interesting find!

Very interesting pic. How high were they?

I see you had an ISO of 400. If you get another chance, use ISO 800 or so with a fill flash to stop motion. I don't know what lens you have, but a larger aperture wouldn't hurt either. Sorry, I'm a photo nerd.

it was about 30 feet or so up in the tree

my husband too the photo. i have an 18-55
