Snow Enigma

hey all, so i went to a reptile show about last week. and i got a new female snow enigma. since then it has not eaten. anytime i open its bin,( i have a rack system) it always has its eyes closed tight. is this a normal thing that happens with enigma leopard geckos.? i know that they are born with the Enigma Syndrome but this is my first time owning one. i just leave mealworms in there and check everynight to see if any are gone,but none are. when i weighted up she was 33g so she had to been eating something. maybe i just need to give her more time? any help with me great.
