So in love

I had posted about the health of about 16 geckos I received on Saturday. I had three that were exceptionally emaciated and a few gravid females. I was not expecting them to be in the shape they came in. I found myself very stressed and overwhelmed. Well it has been almost 5 days and I have gotten into a routine and I have to say I am completely in love with my new babies. They are all really awesome. The emaciated ones are eating like champs, I had one of the gravid females lay two beautiful perfect eggs and now she is eating like a champ. They are all very friendly and have distinct a wonderful personalities. In the group I received three crested geckos which I have never had any experience with and I find them completely amazing. It has been rough and I expect a bit more stress before it is all over but I had to say wow. I can't wait to post pics for you guys. I will get my batteries charged up and will post as soon as possible.

That's great. I was hoping that once you got into a routine and got regulated things would feel better. There were some suggestions on the other thread about what to do (e.g. getting rid of the eggs) if you were too stressed out, and those may be good things to do if you didn't start feeling like it was more manageable, but I'm glad you could give it time and get past that. You can always take those steps later if it gets too tough.
