I have heard that right before a shed people will see ther snakes sitting in the water dish. well i never see mine soaking in his water dish. Is this good or bad?
some snakes will soak for hours and some hate being in water. the water should be room temp or a little higher. a snake will soak if it needs to, dont worry if it doesnt as long as it has a water dish available
Like said above, some will and some wont, I have seen some of my snakes soak before a shed one time and not another. Its just important to have a water dish large enough for your snake to soak in.
