softer shell after about 56 days but no denting

I have been incubating leo eggs in hova bator. it has been about 51-58 days. hard to tell because i didn't know the female had laid them. i found them weeks after she laid them but the lay box was damp and on the heat pad, so the eggs were fine

i could see the baby moving around inside the egg about 3 days ago when i candled the egg, but now i don't see anything moving. also, the shell feels thin and soft not turgid like it did a few days ago. i didn't see any sweating or denting. the egg also seems like it shrunk

i am worried he died because he isn't moving any more and the shell is so soft, but not dented. what do you guys think?

Hard as it is, keep it in the incubator and wait to see what happens.

thanks, i came home tonight and it has mold.

there was no doubt the baby was moving around 2 days ago. i don't know what happened. i'll wait another day but if it was good i am sure it wouldn't have molded.

i still have some crested gecko eggs incubating.

i cut the egg open this morning. it was a fully developed baby. i guess it died tryign to hatch.
