A little intro. My names Cameron and ive been breeding leos for about 3 years on a small scale for fun. I've recently tripled my adult numbers due to a local breeder mistreating his animals. He ran out of money and basically stopped feeding them. So i've rescued them and got them fat and happy. I do have some of those leos that i'm not to sure about the genetics on some. So i was seeing if some of you guys could point me in the right direction.

Leo #1 0.1 Hypo tangerine carrot tail?

Leo #2 0.1 Jungle?

Leo #3 0.1 Albino.....

Leo #4 1.0 Lavender Bold Stripe?

Leo #5 1.0 Blood emerine?

Leo #6 1.0 Bandit?

Leo #7 1.0 Tangerine Enigma

1: I would call it a super hypo carrot tail because I don't see any body spots
2: It looks like a jungle albino, but if you don't know what albino strain, don't breed it
3.: albino stripe; same advice as #2
4. Definitely a bold stripe. I/m leery about calling it "lavender" if not from known lavender lines
5. Definitely a hypo tangerine carrot tail. I don't think you can call it a blood emerine without knowing its lineage
6. Same with this. It's a bold jungle, but without knowing whether it comes from bandit lines you really can't call it that
7. Superhypo tangerine enigma

I agree with Aliza. Without knowing genetics, you can't call something a lavender or emerine just because it looks like it could be. You would have to know the genetics. With the albinos, we won't be able to tell you 100% on what strain. Since you breed, you probably know these things, but wanted to make sure. I wouldn't breed anything that you're not sure on . They would make great pets or you can get them healthy and adopt them out to others who will not breed them.

Yea I understand, was just seeking some opinions. The guy told me #5 was emerine, I believe he purchased it from Tremper at the Daytona expo. Then the bold stripe I knew but in person it looks extremely lavender the picture doesn't do it justice. I know though that it could just be a unusual thing.

Thanks, Cameron
