I'm only going to say it once. If it's calci sand or any other sand I would take them off of it.

Some of them could use some more weight but other than that not bad. I assume the ones that are kept together are all female?

At the last pics they are all females. The picture is older than the others. Now we haven't sand in it. The ground is very hard now and the Leos have not any problems. They are all healthy.

Not the sand-discussion again . . . :main_no: If there is a good mix of sand and loam, and as long as enough vitamins and calcium are given, there is no need to worry . . . I've been using this for years now, and I NEVER had ANY problems . . .

Beutiful leos, like already said, defently should remove the sand crap and go with something safe like slate rocks, paper towels,or newspaper.

It's this kind of reaction among our members that upsets me. You guys need to learn the difference between explaining something to someone (i.e. here are the reasons sand has been proven to be bad, here are our recommendations) without being hostile, all-knowing, and just plain rude.

On the other hand, Nina, your geckos look very nice. Good job with them!

I agree. Try not to heckle. A nice passive suggestion does fine maybe with a great link to all the other substrate discusions.

Great Leos!!
They look nice and happy.
As far as the sand thing goes....yeah some slate would be safer but, at least they're adults whom most of the time do just fine with a good supply of calcium. That last geckos tail is soooo....funny.
Too cute!

I'm sorry. I just wanted to show you my Leos. I didn't want to discuss about the sand-loam-mix in my terrarium.

The ground is very hard and nothing could happen. All of my geckos get everything what they need to be healthy and nobody has problems.

Haha, you guys are going to scare her off. Nina, I love the leo's. If you want more information on this you can use the search function. They are all just trying to help. Like Ian said, feel free to post whenever.
