Sorry For asking his morph again??

I know i have asked a couple times what his morph is but some people on here are telling me he is not a Tangerine? So I figure I post some various pictures of him to see what everyone thinks. So sorry if I am gettin a bit annoying.

In the first picture he looks a lot more orange then the other pics. In some people's eyes it may be a tangerine and in others' a high yellow.

He looks just like our first guy. He was sold to us as a High yellow. He is very pretty either way!!!

Yea i like him either way, but just odd never seen a high yellow or normal with orange tinted legs and orange spots here and there.

This is my normal/ high yellow.

You can see the "dorsal stripe" on him, but he's just a normal like yours. I was under the impession that tangs had no black spots on there tails.

Sorry that this is a little off the topic but I bred my tangerine dorsal striped female to my male bell albino. She has laid her first clutch and her color and stripe has faded. Her stripe used to be pale white! Is she still classified as a tangerine dorsal stripe?

Only one person has voted that it is a tangerine, the majority is favoring normal right now.

May I ask why it is so important that his morph be tangerine?

In my personal opinion he really looks like a normal. Tangerines have much more orange (not just in /some/ places, but over their body). His coloring really just looks more like a normal. Also his spotting is more similar to normal patterns, and not tangerine.

I'm not a professional, but he really does look more similar to a normal than to a tangerine.

It doesnt really matter either way! Just like to argue!LOL he is def. reduced spotting not usual in normals i think.

I am sorry if you take offense to this, but why do you keep posting your gecko and asking what morph? Obviously you had enough answers. I just don't get the point. It really gets frustrating to me because "you like to argue". No matter what someone thinks, you are right. Sorry. But, I would say normal.

I take offense to nothing. The only reason I asked again is because i am gettin people who say tang than now i get normal. This is the only like the second time i asked about his morph since i been on here, beside when i first started and didnt know much about them back in november. Honestly its not a big deal to me if he is normal or tang.

That's because it's a subject description and there is no unanimous definition or scale on which to base such an assessment.

Personally, I'd call him a 'high yellow' but that wasn't a poll option.

I, like Paul, would say that he was a high yellow but it wasn't a poll option so I voted normal. In the other threads that you shared it almost looks like he is darker in those which is why some people may have said that he was a tangerine. In any case he looks great and very healthy!

Yea i noticed that too that he is faded looking in the newer pics, may be getting ready for shed, but hey he still a beast to me.

Why don't you have high yellow on the poll? They aren't the same as a normal. I would say he is a high yellow. He's to yellow to be a tang I think
