I have one question. That’s all I want you to answer. Please don’t give me any links to live plants that leos can have. Just answer my question please.. :)

My Q: Can leos have Spider plants in their cage?

Thanks!

I don't know what Spider plants are, but as long as they aren't poisonous, I don't see why not! But still, you should take heed of what more experienced breeders say. :D

So... do you think they are safe? They live in water and dont need much if any light. I was wondering if I could use these in my leos cages because my mom has tons of these plants around the house. :) She is a spider plant lover!

Anapsid says the following:
SPIDER PLANT (Tradescantia cussonia specata): leaves (sap may be an skin irritant)

The thing you need to look for is if it is edible, if it is your crickets will probably eat it. Since the sap may be a skin irritant I would avoid it.. but the decision is up to you, it could probably be pulled off.

I wouldn't really recommend it.

First off, I don't feed my leos crickets anymore. Just meal worms for their staple. :)

So can my LEO, not the crickest have it in their cage?

Thanks!!

:sigh:

You're attitude seems very condescending. I'm sorry I tried to help.

I'd recommend google, that little bugger knows a lot.
