So is it possible to morph a spotless, patternless leopard gecko? One solid colour? I have no clue, but I think it would be nice to have one.

Patternless, Blizzards, Blazings, Patternless Albinos. If so, then yes they've already been made. And SHTCTB's are on their way to becoming totally Orange and Spotless.
