Ok today I was looking at my geckos and one of them that has a lot of yellow on her,well I was looking at her tail and I seen a few orange dots on her tail just a few could she be a carrot tail even though she is yellow with black spots also I was looking at the spots on my leos one of them has a lot of spots but they are brown instead of black is that normal

Oh they are adults by the way, they aren't juveniles that are changing

Yes you can have a gecko with a carrot tail and be of 'normal' colouration (ie yellow and black spots). However, if there are just a few spots of orange on the tail, it can't be called a 'carrot tail' as there needs to be more orange present. The amount varies between owners but it think at least 15% of the tail needs to be orange.

And the one with brown spots is also normal so there's no need to worry. You can also get albinos which have brown spots. Could your leo be an ablino?
