Spring or filtered water?

Which do you use with your gecko?
Do you use something different for humid hides?

id just get a decent filter for ya tap pur makes a decent one.plese take note im a newbie but i do know that the pur filters water realy well

I use bottled spring water, for both water bowl & humid hide. If you buy it in bulk it's cheap.

i would advise you to use spring water... tap water is filled with chemicals and such that are perfectly fine for humans, but can sometimes be harmful to animals (ie. chlorine)

yea use it in both because they will lick the water in the humid hide as well

I use tap water. We have a water conditioner, but we always forget to add it!
For those of you using spring/bottled water, it is not any better than tap water. I used to be a water tester for a filtration company and I have tested several different types of bottled water and it has all the same stuff as tap. It just costs you more. Sometimes it is actually even worse than tap water!
If you want truly "clean" water, you need to get a filter for your tap.

Thanks for the input folks.

I have been using filtered tap with no known issues, but have heard that some are 100% spring and wanted to get more info.

Looks like I'll keep going as is
