well over the summer i picked up a small wine fridge. It had wire shelves made for bottles and setup for 2 temps. So i removed the shelves and the divider in the middle and replace with the wire shelving from Homedepot. the dept of the shelving was fine just had to cut the width down. it has 2 set of LED lights so left them in. I left the fans in and just unplugged the bottom fan. I just placed a peice of 11" heat in the bottom just to see how it does. It heated up great. From what I can tell it will hold 32 small deli cups. Here is pic of what I have so far. i am thinking of leaving the temp read out on it as it reads top and bottom.

Very cool... Here are some suggestions...

I would drill a small hole in the back of the fridge at the bottom corner and bring the wire for the heat tape in and bring your thermostat probe in through there as well... Set the thermostat probe mid way in the incubator and secure it with zip ties to keep it in place... Also, install more shelves so you will not have to stack as many cups on top of eachother...
