States your not allowed to have Leos?!

hi there am not very new here. but do not Type often. i will be breeding leopard geckos next year and some snakes! :D they are just so colorful and cool i love them so much! (who doesn't) and that's what i want to know? Is there any states (dare i say it :main_lipsrsealed: ) That don't Let you have leopard geckos? Please tell me if you know of any Laws around leopard geckos and the state you live in.​

NOPE!! I see your from Florida and there are a LOT of top breeders in Florida. They don't seem to have a problem, but the only thing you would probably need would be a reptile permit or a breeders permit if even. I would wait and see what the residents have to say :)

yuppers a "LICENSE TO POSSESS CLASS III WILDLIFE" lol and a paypal/fedex thing going on too just to help me out lol

Don't Know about California

I don't know so if you are interested in shipping out here then, you would need to ask one of the Breeders.

But, I do not think that there are any laws about Leopard Geckos.

Ferrets and other furry creatures ... yes.

Edgar is right! Just a Class III license from FL Fish & Wildlife. It cost $50 a year to exhibit and sell. You can print the application off their website. :main_thumbsup:
You'd need it for leos and snakes.
