Still barely eating...

I last posted in January about my Gecko and its eating habits.

Things have not changed, and I'm thinking a vet visit next week may be required. It's been about 8 months since I got him, and I was told he was 4 months old.

Since I got him, he has not shed once, I have moved hides around, changed the temperatures (currently at 90F hot side). Tried him on crickets, mealworms, and cut up silk worms.

He is still un interested in food, eating bare minimum to survive I would guess. I assumed/was told it might just be the seasons, and things are starting to warm up here now so fingers crossed.

Current photo is rather embarrasing:

I am worried that he may have missed his oppertunity to grow now, is that possible? As he hasn't eaten whilst being young, is he going to be a midget his entire life now?

I regret to say that this looks like a very sick gecko. I agree that it should see the vet as soon as possible, though I don't know if it will survive. I think it would be important to find out what is making it sick so if you choose to get another gecko there will be no chance of contagion.
I'm sorry things are not working out well. Where did you get the gecko from?

That gecko is extremely gravely sick. This is not a seasonal eating issue.Although a vet visit is a no brainer, I'm not sure he can do anything for the little guy.

Id syringe feed him or sure lok up the recipe for the gecko slew stuff , as long as he is alive it wont hurt to try. use a small syringe without a needle and feed a verrrry small amount many times a day get something into him he needs calcium and vitamins. A vet visit no doubt is in order chances are not good but with nothing to lose you may as well try anything. Let us know what the vet says.
In future if they stop eating much and start losing weight no matter what season it is get him checked out get a fecal run for parasites and such its worth it , if it comes back clean then you can assume its the time of year.
good luck, hope you figure out what caused this.
