Strange Marks ????

Okay so my albino gecko has got marks on him some are just dots and others are like marks :main_huh:

this is the best pic i could get as he was moveing and i used my phone

they are black in colour and are on his back near back legs (dots) the markon his leg (picture) and on is head ...

he moves eats poops fine temps are fine ?

could it just be him growing and changeing colour or something else

he is about 4 months but he might be younger

they do seem similar i wounder why they get them

I think it could just be the ball joint showing through.. when they are young, you can almost see right through em! Other than that, perhaps it is just a speckle? Hard to tell from the pics
