Stuck in a Trochus Shell

i need urgent help pls. my juvenile 3 inch shedding crestie hasn't eaten for days or a week before she ran inside the trochus and never came out since then. how to get her out?

You may have to get a needle nose pliers and chip off the shell until you can get her out.
