Stuck shed

The adoption I got last month from chain petstore had a bad shed and lost alot of toes. She has shed again and there is a piece on one foot like a sock that I can not get to come off and I do not want to hurt her leg. It is plenty moist but I can not grab it. Any suggestions or tecniques would be greatly appreciated.

Try soaking her in shallow warm water and gently roll the skin towards the tip of her toes using a wet Q-tip.

Agreed. Gently. Also be sure to provide a moist hide in her enclosure at all times to help her during the shedding process.

Soak worked. And there is a moist hide in enclosure 24/7. Thank you
