Stupid Ants!

Hello Everyone! i need some advice. i have bought crickets 3 times this week, and every morning after i buy them, there are ants all over the place! im using the orange food that has water and food combined. i believe that is the problem, so i was thinking of switching to the powder food and the clear water crystals. the question is; do the water crystals contain sugar and such that would still draw the ants, or are they just water? Any other suggestions on what i could do would be really helpful.

I would suggest put crickets somewhere ants won't get to. It sounds like you have an infestation of ants in your house already. Ants likely enjoy cricket poop and eggs, along with whatever food you feed them.

But it sounds like you got some ants to take care of or they'll just keep coming.

Get some spray oil and spray it around the outside of the cricket container at the top. This has worked for me keeping the ants out.
