I might be wrong but with spots on the neck I would guess it would be a Hypo. Maybe someone else with more experience with morphs can tell you for sure.

Actually the spots on the neck is a good question
From what I understand-Baldy only refers to refers the head area of the gecko but it is usually used in connection with a Tangerine gecko that has absolutely no spots anywhere else on it's body

Can you have a Tang or a Hi Yellow Baldy and would you still call it that?

I'm also curious........

I'm not sure if I've ever seen a Baldy with a patterned neck and body but I suppose it's possible.
